Our team has strategies to help with each seller’s unique situation.

Recently, I’ve noticed that some agents offer the same “one size fits all” solutions for sellers.

In my years of experience, every seller is different and has different needs. Throughout over 5,000 transactions that my team and I have handled, we’ve learned to be “Exit Strategy Specialists.” We have created a range of exit strategies to help any client, in any situation, no matter what.

For example, some sellers don’t want a sign in the yard and don’t want to be bothered with too many showings or open houses for personal reasons. Our exit strategy for those sellers is to find a qualified buyer through other marketing efforts.

Other sellers have homes that may need a lot of repairs and they may not have the time, money, or energy to complete those repairs. We have a couple of different strategies for those sellers; we can sell the home without the work being completed, or coordinate the repairs for you. Some of our contractors can even be paid at closing, so there is no upfront cost to sellers.

“In my years of experience, every seller is different and has different needs.”

Some sellers want the full service, including staging, drone photography, 3D virtual tours, and an all-out marketing blitz with open houses and multiple showings. Our team provides this exit strategy at no additional cost to sellers in order to drive the most traffic to your listing.

Even if you’re a seller who is concerned about finding a place to go and you don’t want to sell until you’ve secured another home, we have an exit strategy to help match you with a buyer who will give you that extra time. If we don’t find that deal, you don’t sell.

The bottom line is that you can tell us your needs and let our team use our years of experience to craft an exit strategy for your situation. We promise no gimmicks or high-pressure sales tactics, just an honest conversation to learn how we can help you.
